Bake, Bake, Bake

My friend Tina once had the most beautiful dream, one in which she entered a bakery, a beautiful bakery, and found me beaming in an adorable apron making cupcakes. So. I have a bit of an obligation, don't I? The first, of course, is to become an incredible baker with a divine touch for deliciousness. I think this book, Baked, from Brooklyn's Baked Shop, would be an exceptional lifting-off point for my baking career. The images above can all be attributed to the fine establishment's Web site.

Ooh, that all looks so yummy! I haven't been to Baked yet, but I've heard great things. We'll go there next time you come visit.
